Meet Our Coaches
Andrew Hill founded Omri in December of 2019 and opened the Omri Training Facility in September of 2020. A former walk-on at the University of Montevallo, Andrew earned a scholarship, became a team captain, and was a two-year starter. He loves sharing what he learned from the game of baseball, having coached travel/ school teams and working with hundreds of players individually. Andrew has continually helped players reach their goal of playing at the college level.
Will Fulmer has partnered with Omri, specializing in hitting, pitching, and infield. As a four-year starter at the University of Montevallo, he broke multiple school records and was inducted into the Montevallo Athletics’ Hall of Fame in 2020. He was also selected by the New York Mets in the 22nd round of the MLB Draft in 2014. Will previously worked with the Miami Marlins in the Youth Baseball and Softball department, focusing on development of youth programs, leagues, and clinics in the South Florida area.
Trae Santos joins Omri’s coaching staff as a hitting and pitching instructor. As a high school student, Trae was a two-time Louisville Slugger All-American and was named Birmingham’s Metro Pitcher of the Year his junior year. At Northwest Florida State College, Trae earned all-conference honors at both first base (second team) and as a DH (first team), in addition to first team all-state honors as a DH his freshman year. During his only season at Troy University, Trae also earned all-conference honors (second team) as a first baseman. In 2013, Trae was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 17th round of the MLB draft. He played four seasons with the organization, then went on to play indy ball for the Gateway Grizzlies and the Sioux Falls Canaries. Since finishing his playing career, Trae has coached for travel ball organizations like the Excel Baseball Academy and the East Coast Sox.
