Andrew Hill was a former walk-on at the University of Montevallo. He earned a scholarship, became a team captain, and a two year starter in his time on the team.

After his playing career ended, he fell in love with sharing what he learned through his experiences and hard work. He has coached travel ball and school ball as well as worked with hundreds of kids individually.
